For the longest time, I was 5'7 and 155lbs, but after two months of exercise and healthy diet, I'm now down to 140lbs. I'm hoping to loose 10, maybe 15 more pounds before I go on vacation in the middle of July. I used to be an 8/10, and I'm a comfortable 8 or a little snug 6 (But no muffin top! :)) Let me know what you think!
