Is my surface hip piercing infected?

I can't tell if my hip piercing is infected or healing. I've been putting the right amount of sea salt on my piercing s and its been about a week since I got them. There's like this crust around each ball of the barbells that are under my skin. But people say that its just healing. But I can't tell if its a scab or just some crust that may be from a liquid that rarely comes out of my left piercing and when it does the fluid is clear and there is no smell. I guess im just asking that's the piercing healing or its infected.
