How much would an all on 4 dental implant be in mexico?

i have had an enamel problem for as long as i can remember and nothing i did would keep my teeth healthy and has resulted in lots of decay. And as my last quote was about $20000 to fix them traditionally, I have to look to more permanent and cheaper solutions. So if anyone knows or can find out easily, please let me know. Or any one knows a good mexican dentist near the san diego border would be great too seeing as I'm likely going t ohave to find one anyway. Thank you in advance
