Been using Huggies with 2 month old son, need to change brands, pampers? any other brand?

i have a 2 month old son and everytime he pees, the huggies snug and dry puffs in the front and smells like pee all the time. i dont like the huggies little snugglers either, they fit him to tight. he wears a size 2. what are opinions on pampers for boys? or any other brand like luvs? store brands?
