Strange Bumps Around Snug Piercing?

I got a snug piercing about a month and a half ago and I've had problems with it the whole time. I've finally gotten my ear back to it's normal size but now I have two bumps (one at the first entrance and another where the bar comes out) they are reddish, hard, and looks like it might have a white substance in it. I looked online but can't classify what type of bump it may be. Does anyone know what it is/how to get rid of them? I love it and really dont want to take it out :/
