Why is she apple shaped and im an hourglass!help?

So my sister ,whom i have the same mother and father with is a apple shape and im an hourglass.She seems to have no hips /breast yet i have ok boobs a tiny waist (22 inches) and 36 inch hips so a 14 inch hip span.Why is this i mean we have the same parents ,both pretty but our body shape differ greatly(although we do have broad shoulders,that's our common ground).I got breast feed longer like 4 years longer since i am 1 year longer and she never liked breast milk ,could that be the reason?idk u tell me and im not hating on her just wanna know why?
