Swimming Suit Question?

Im using my moms yahoo account, So anyways. i am 14. i have decent sized boobs (c) and we are going swimming for school im in grade 8. So anyways i feel bad about my body im very skinny. and my bikini top is snug and when i look at myself in the mirror wearing it i feel super self conscious . Anyways, Can i wear a dark Green shirt with a dc logo on it swimming with out looking like a retard? i will have my top underneath and black bikini bottoms on. I will tie the shirt up. i have long brown hair and want to look good.
