Should America become a ''FOURTH WORLD COUNTRY" in order to compete with Third World Countries?

Should America become a "KINGDOM" of the Rich and Big Businesses with NO GOVT. or social services..Should we allow our cities, states roads sewers, to ultimately decay into oblivion and sink to the status of a FOURTH world country.. That way,,those who couldn't make it will die or be killed and the living conditions would be the same as third world countries only on a larger scale.. Would that satisfy the Right and Republicans ??
