New to car tuning, need help on deciding what to do about a spring/strut setup?

I have a 2004 Accord coupe LX, I want to order a spring and strut setup, but I'm new to this completely, and I need to know all the parts I need to order, how I can find the correct drop I need for 16" wheels so that the car is snug with the wheels, but not slammed. I just need to know what to order pretty much. Help?
