New high school dress code?

Ok I am a 16 year old boy and I go to a private all boys prep school. And our dress code wasn't that bad we had to wear a polo shirt tucked in to khaki pants (no shorts) with a brown or black dress belt and tennis shoes. But now they changed it so seniors have to dress up more. Dont dress code usually get more relaxed the older you get in high school. So her it is for seniors. They must wear a long sleeve spread collar Oxford style dress shirt with collar starched with a necktie that should be snug around the neck. Also tjhe sleeves are to stay buttoned at the wrist throughout the whole day. Then that has to be tucked into flat front strait fit wool dress pants with a black or brown dress belt and black and brown dress shirt. During the winter months they must were a long sleeved v neck wool sweater over the shirt and tie.
