Thong lines showing at gym?

Lately my 17 year old niece has been going with me to the gym. I noticed a lot of the time that it is very apparent that she is wearing a thong. Her workout pants are not see thru or anything,but the are usually very snug. It is an all female gym. Should I say anything to her? Surely she has to know .Would you say anything,or leave it along???
