Possibly torn lobe from stretching?

I had been a 00g for around 4 months and recently decided to go up to 7/16ths. I bought the new plugs and went to see my buddy who is a piercer at the shop he works at to put them in cause I was having problems. At the shop he said that it looked good and I didn't tear but it's been 4 hours since then and my right ear is tender to touch but not throbbing, however my left ear hurts like hell. I went to go have a look at them and I noticed that my left ear appears to be bleeding a bit. I can't tell where the location of the tear is and I defintally can't get the jewlery out since they are very snug...what should I do?
