Permanent foreskin retraction?

Im in my teens and for some reason when im home alone all day i love to have my D**K out through the boxer briefs front fly opening and the pants zipper opening to keep the foreskin retracted all day. Does any one else like to do this?? Also im trying to teach the 4skin to stay permanently behind the head because i love the look of a cut D**K. So far all i been able to use to keep the skin back is putting a wide flat band rubber band behind the head that fits just snug behind the head and doesn't let the 4skin forward anymore. Plz no mean comments and if u have any suggestions on training it to stay back plz plz let me know and don't say circumcision cause my mom doesn't want to pay for it.
