Its my moms bday tomm and i want to look pretty. should i go with......?

tight purple spagetti strap, hair down, big (kinda big) earrings, winged eyeliner, and some fitted jeans. I need something body complimenting. im tall and thin, but I do have curves. I think my hips are big but thats supposed to look nice. I want to look pretty bc my sisters always competing with me, so I'm just gonna do it back. I want to look casual because I have summer school during the day, bday is right after my class. does anyone have a better idea or will this look good?
