Im 11 weeks pregnant, is it normal for me to be showing so soon?

Hi! I'm 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My husband keeps telling me I'm showing already. It's making me a little self contious because I thought you weren't supposed to start showing until about the 16 th week. Anyways, is this normal? Did anyone else start showing so soon? Idk if this will help but, Before I was pregnant I was in a size 8. 5'4 and about 140 pounds. I'm still in a size 8 just feeling very snug. Help please :)
