How many ear piercings are too much?

I personally think it depends on the person, some people look better with more, some with less. I have found if you have longer hair it looks better, short hair brings far too much attention to the piercings and makes it look too much, as opposed to long hair where if left out it alternates itself between covering and showing the piercings are you move. maybe try it for a week with some clip on ones and see what people think or their facial reactions when they see it without you pointing it out.
