How likely is it that my girlfriend is pregnant?

We had sex for the first time two weeks after her period and I used a condom. I was caught up in the moment so I put on the condom pretty fast, but I'm pretty sure it was snug and secure. It was our first time so we are pretty scared. I did ejaculate inside her with the condom on. When we were done, I noticed no holes or breaks in the condom, and the ejaculatory fluid was still in the condom. We are just scared and would like help from all of those who are more experienced in this field. What do you think the chances of her being pregnant are? How worried should I be? Should she take the morning after pill? I heard that the effects from the pill are more harmful than safe. Please help. Thank You
