Denver Hayes Boxer Briefs, Do they stretch?

By looking at the picture, the boxer briefs do look like they ride up. I have had boxer briefs like that and they did ride up and the only type of boxer briefs that don't ride up are the ones that are very long on the leg. That is why i like briefs the best
