Boot help..and kinda need it fast?

I got ariat fat baby boots 2 almost 3 days ago, and they have been rubbing on the back of my heal so much I have a blister and I am starting to get one on the other heal. I tried to where them enough so I could caules(or however you spell it) up the back of my heal...Well I kinda made it worse. I can't send them back and any boot smaller my foot would not fit in(I have flat feet and they are perfectly snug as it is right now in these ones). Is there anyway I could fix them so they won't rub? Or just take a few days off then wear them again? I have already tried vet wrap and wrapping my foot up and putting none thick socks on so it just slides but none of those have worked. Help?
